Parking management is more than placing an attendant
in a booth with instructions to collect money. It involves
a complete understanding of the clients business
and objectives not only by management, but also by each
individual assigned to the location. This is particularly
important when we are awarded a new contract for management.
Once selected, our transition team will immerse themselves
fully into the operation prior to the actual start date
in order to guarantee a seamless transition.
Revenue Control:
Our accounting department utilizes state of the art
systems and a highly efficient audit procedure to
ensure tight fiscal and revenue controls.
Security: We
manage and operate remote security card access systems
for many of our clients from our headquarters office.
Additionally, we can provide security guard protection
24/7.
Experience: We
have experience managing every type of parking facility:
attended parking lots and garages, self-park lots
and garages, mixed use buildings/complexes, medical
buildings, hotels, and office complexes. We have also
been involved in the development, design and construction
of multi-storied parking facilities; both free standing
and combined with office buildings.
Leases
Pacific Parking will enter into multi-year leases for
parking facilities (lots and garages), will update all
systems to the latest technology environment and provide
the same excellent service as we do for our management
portfolios.
Acquisitions
Pacific Parking, LLC is always receptive to discussions
involving acquisition of parking and other type facilities.
